Let’s be real for a minute – motherhood is no joke. It’s the most beautiful, exhausting, rewarding, and sometimes overwhelming experience all wrapped into one. We love our kids more than anything, but somewhere between diaper changes, school drop-offs, and juggling a million other things, we can lose sight of ourselves and who we are. We get so wrapped up in taking care of everyone else that we forget to check in on the person we were before we became mom.
I’ve been there. And I know I’m not alone.
